It was on Monday that Pär Sundström, who does not want to participate with a picture, and his son were attacked by a female bear during the bear hunt in Ljusdal.
The bear was first heading towards them and they had a chance to shoot, but Pär tells SVT Gävleborg how the dogs were then in the way. Then the female bear suddenly caught sight of him.
– And then she went straight on. She was stabbed in the face and had a frame on one side of her head and the other on her thigh.
The son then acted immediately.
– He flies at the bear and hits and kicks, so then she switched. And he yelled for me to shoot again.
