The 19-year-old is registered at his parents’ address in Norrköping and has not been punished for any crime in the past.
It was during the night of Monday 3 June that two men were shot to death in the Hageby district in Norrköping. The double murder is part of a widespread wave of violence that has hit the city in the past year.
According to several reports to SVT, the murders are about a split in the gang environment in Navestad, between the older and the younger. This is said to have previously led to a fatal shooting in November, and the murders are now said to be revenge from the younger ones.
