The customers disgusting discovery in Icas raspberry Threw away the

The other day, a woman, who wishes to remain anonymous, made a horrific discovery when she was garnishing a dessert.

She had just thawed the bag of raspberries from Ica Basic when she saw a caterpillar.

– When I opened the bag, I saw a caterpillar in the raspberries that I had just thawed, the woman tells Norran.

Bought a new bag of Icas raspberries

After the shaky discovery, the woman went back to the store to advertise the product. She also bought a new, identical bag with a kilo of frozen raspberries.

But even this bag offered a terrible surprise. Just like the last bag of raspberries, this one contained caterpillars, but not just one caterpillar but a whole bunch.

– Since there was only one caterpillar in the first bag, I thought it was a one-time thing. So I threw the crap away and bought a new one. But without thinking, I poured the new raspberries directly on a dessert and then it came with a lot of caterpillars, she says to The north.

The larvae crawled not only on top of the raspberries but also inside their pulp.

Norran has spoken to Marie Lennartsson, sustainability manager at Ica Sweden. She urged the woman to return the product to the Ica store where she bought the item and advertise it on the Ica website.

– We regret what happened and understand that it must have been an unpleasant experience for the customer, she states in an email to The north.

The woman who bought the raspberries is so disgusted after the incidents that she will not buy raspberries again, she tells Norran.
