The bomb shelter to Norrköping – residents are evacuated

A suspected dangerous object has been found in Norrköping. Several blocks are cordoned off, writes Norrköping Tidningar. The police have decided that residents need to be evacuated so that the national bomb protection team can make their assessment of the object.

– We are evacuating residents so that the check can take place in a safe way for the residents, says police spokesperson Mats Pettersson to Corren.

The police describe the suspicious object as “a sack, bag or bag”, writes the newspaper.
