Queues are still long along the E4. Motorists have been stuck since yesterday in the snow chaos between Huskvarna and Gränna.
“We want to appeal to people not to go out in the morning traffic unless they absolutely have to. There is still a stop in the northbound direction on the E4. We have good contact with people who are still stuck and most of them persevere,” says Göran Melin, deputy rescue manager in Jönköping municipality, in a press release.
The work to solve the traffic jam is going slowly, but in the right direction, according to the municipality. There is no forecast yet for when everyone can be freed from the queue.
