That’s why the Öberg sisters are missing in the new venture – the stars are nobbed by the association: “We think that…”

Last minute The world stood up after Putins decision in

Recently, a TV series about the Swedish biathletes was released – where the idea is that viewers should get a unique insight behind the scenes.
But the stars Hanna and Elvira Öberg are not included.
This after the union decided to nob the two sisters.

The sisters Hanna Öberg and Elvira Öberg are two of the biggest stars in Swedish biathlon. But when the TV series “Mit liv som skidskyt” premieres on TV4 and C More, none of them are there. The aim of the series is for the viewers to follow the Swedish skiers and see what happens behind the scenes, while at the same time getting to know them off the ski tracks.

Nobbas by the association

But the viewers are not allowed to take part in any material on the Öberg sisters, but the four skaters who will be in the series are Stina Nilsson, Sebastian Samuelsson, Mona Brorsson and Peppe Femling
– This time we chose to include Stina, Sebbe, Mona and Peppe as focus persons, says Emma Höglund who is press officer at the association for Aftonbladet.

So it is not the Öberg sisters themselves who made the decision – but they have simply been snubbed by the association.
– It was we (the union) who made the decision to include these four instead. We thought they were good candidates and it felt fun to showcase some new faces. Or, maybe not “new”, but people like Peppe and Mona that the Swedish people may not know as well, says Emma Höglund to the newspaper.
