Just like in previous years, a whole day is dedicated to each participant, where the stars get to dive deep into each other’s lives and careers.

In connection with the profiles sharing their experiences with you, they eat breakfast, lunch and dinner together. The person behind the luxurious meals in this year’s season is Frida Rongewhich replaced Tareq Taylor.

Between meals, the stars also usually do some kind of activity together. This means that the recording week is intense, to say the least, for those who are at Bäckaskog castle. But what did the contestants actually do when the cameras weren’t rolling? Some of the stars have told it News24.

– We just slept! The few hours you got sleep, because you couldn’t bear it. “We’ve heard that there might have been a lot of partying and such on previous recordings,” we said. But no, it was nothing we can be proud of, I can say. We sat up for a while, but it was just pleasant conversation. And then just one by one went to bed, explains Sanna Nielsen.

– We went to bed! We were actually as boring as some might think. You were completely exhausted. We start early in the morning and record. And we probably weren’t done until late in the evening. And then you knew that the next day you would try to look reasonably fresh, because then it was the next star’s day. So we were very proper and actually went to bed. We took care of ourselves, says Pernilla Wiberg.

– We were filming the whole time. So I would probably like to say that we slept when we weren’t filming and then we looked for ghosts, says Caroline af Ugglas and continues:
– We filmed from seven in the morning until eleven at night. And then it was bedtime and before bedtime, around twelve, we tried to find these talked about ghosts. And it wasn’t just people but also horses that we were looking for.
