Oliver Ingrosso and the girlfriend Zoe Fay Brown got his son Potassium at the beginning of September 2023. This meant that the small family no longer had room in Oliver’s apartment.

At the beginning of February this year, the broker sold Annika Wijkström, at Erik Olsson property brokerage, Oliver’s apartment at Östermalm in Stockholm.
After 13 days out on Hemnet, the apartment was sold. It was a successful deal, to say the least, and after the bidding, the price had gone down considerably.
The final price landed at SEK 5,900,000, which was almost a million higher than the asking price.
– Great fun that it was a good final price. If you have a nice apartment that is also newly renovated and in an attractive location, that helps the final price. But there are more parameters that set the final price, Annika Wijkström told News24 at the time of sale.

Now Zoe has sold her apartment on Södermalm
At the end of March, Zoe also sold her apartment, with the help of the same broker as Oliver.
Nyheter24 wrote more about the apartment when it was published on Hemnet. It is a 19 square meter small apartment on the first floor of a house built in 1940.
The details are typical of the period and the floor plan is smart with a sleeping loft, to really make use of the entire surface.

It turned out to be a really good deal for Zoe too. The apartment went up to over a quarter of a million kroner, more precisely 255,000 kroner.
“It only took five days from the first viewing to the written contract. 13 percent up on the starting price. Happy buyer and happy seller. A smooth sale,” wrote broker Annika Wijkström in a text message to Nyheter24 at the time of the sale.
