Competitors were quick to help 22-year-old Dagnachew. After a while she sat up with some help and got some water.
It was an Ethiopian podium with Mekedes Alemeshete first in 14.36.70, Dagnachew second in 14.36.86 and Letesenbet Gidey third in 14.37.13.
