The opposition movement Pheu Thai has announced the arrival of the Palang Pracharat (PPRP), historically associated with the junta resulting from the 2014 coup, within a coalition of eleven parties. Pheu Thai needs the support of the generals to avoid deadlocks during the vote on Tuesday August 22 to designate the Prime Minister.
