The teenage girl and her mother visited an acquaintance to the mother in Härjedalen during the New Year 2023/24.
One night in early January, the police received an alert that the girl had “flipped” and thought to murder her mother with a meat ax.
The police had a long travel time to the scene so other people who were in the house overpowering the girl and held her and gave her soothing medicine. When the police arrived at the scene, everything was calm.
The teenage girl is charged with preparation for murder, illegal threats and abuse.
The trial will be held next week.
