Teenage boys are punished after the data breach in Vklass

Leksand extended the winning streak beat AIK

It was in August that the learning platform Vklass was hacked and personal data from 47,000 students from the city of Gothenburg was leaked.

The information, which concerned students’ names, school, schedule and grade, was for sale on a website and was only discovered after two months.

Now two teenage boys are being punished for the data breach, reports GP. The boys have confessed and the penalty was 60 daily fines, or SEK 3,000, each.
