The incident occurred in the middle of the residential area Norrliden, at around 8 pm on the evening of October 9 last year.
The stabbed man died in hospital. The day after the murder, the fifteen-year-old was arrested, and a week later the sixteen-year-old was also arrested.
They have been in custody since then, and have now been charged, suspected of murder.
