(Finance) – As part of the takeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Schema Alfa (vehicle company that refers to the Benetton family) on the shares Atlantia, a holding listed on Euronext Milan focused on infrastructures and services for mobility, it appears that today, 11 November 2022, 207,645,666 applications for membership have been submitted. Therefore, overall the requests for adhesions amount to 447,982,714, equal to 81.091% of the offer.
The offer started on 10 October 2022 ed ended today, 11 November 2022. Borsa Italiana reminds that the Atlantia ordinary shares purchased on the market on 10 and 11 November 2022 were not contributed in acceptance of the offer.
