(Finance) – As part of thetakeover bid (OPA) voluntary totalitarian promoted by Nova (vehicle of De Agostini) on the ordinary shares of DeA Capitalit appears that today, 2 February 2023, 2,911,816 applications for membership have been presented.
Therefore, overall there are 12,684,131 requests for membership, equal to 14.8% of the offer.
The offer began on January 23, 2023 and will end on February 17, 2023.
Italian Stock Exchange he reminds that the DeA Capital ordinary shares purchased on the market on 16 and 17 February 2023 cannot be contributed in acceptance of the offer.
