They are beautiful, the hair very shiny, the horns as if rolled up on each side of the head. The “ladoum” sheep, the most beautiful sheep in Senegal, are the stars of a photographic exhibition as part of the Off of the Dakar Art Biennale. “Sama Ladoum” is presented at Pieds Tanqués, on the Corniche des Almadies until June 21. Sylvain Cherkaoui drew the portrait of these beasts, the only ones for which there is a beauty contest in Senegal.
