According to Bosnian media, the shooting must have taken place in an open street on Tuesday afternoon. According to witnesses who SVT News talked to, 10-15 shots must have been fired.
– I was eating in a restaurant when I heard gunfire and ran outside. Then I see a guy lying on the ground, says the witness.
After the shooting, masked perpetrators are said to have fled on bicycles, writes Bosnian media.

The deceased man is linked to the Foxtrot network and Rawa Majid, according to information to TV4 Nyheterna.
According to information to the Bosnian media, the victim is a man who has Swedish citizenship. Another man was injured in the shooting. No one is said to have been arrested and a large police operation is underway in the Bosnian capital.
The Swedish Foreign Ministry writes to TV4 Nyheterna that they have taken note of the media information:
“The Swedish Embassy in Sarajevo is investigating the information. Out of consideration for those involved, matters relating to deaths abroad are handled very carefully and the work follows a routine which, among other things, requires that deaths abroad can be confirmed by local authorities.”
