Negotiations on the sixth sanctions package against Russia were protracted and there was a lot of pressure on EU leaders to find some kind of solution.
– The agreement has been tried, but the union met this challenge. In the long run, there is the ambition to also free oneself from the gas. It will be an even tougher ordeal for the community, says David Boati.
