Ludvig Andersson writes that he had no will to do wrong. He has previously been suspended from his duties as a member of the board at the Administrative Court in Gothenburg while the investigation is ongoing.
The press release also states that he may have received incorrect compensation from his position as a municipal politician in Halmstad.
According to Andreas Ahlqvist, chairman of SD Halmstad, the party agrees with Ludvig Andersson that he must pay back all incorrect compensation.
Ludvig Anderssson is a member of the regional council in Halland and the municipal council in Halmstad, as well as party treasurer for the Sweden Democrats in Halland. He also sits as a deputy on the party board.
