The 35-year-old man who is suspected of the double murder in Nässjö is now wanted by Interpol. He has previously been detained in his absence.
– It is an incredibly serious crime, which is why I have applied to publish the wanted list at Interpol. There are also circumstances that suggest that he is no longer in Sweden, says chamber prosecutor Emma Harrius.
The man, who was previously convicted of assault and molestation of a person, is wanted and is being chased by the police.
– He is suspected on probable grounds, the higher degree of suspicion, for two cases of murder and a serious arson on February 29, said Chamber prosecutor Emma Harrius, earlier this week.
On Monday, he was arrested in his absence in Eksjö district court.
