On Saturday morning, the police are on site with a large operation in Rågsved, in southern Stockholm, where a powerful explosive device detonated in the gate of an apartment building.
No one is said to have been injured, but the police already see a connection to previous explosions and shootings that have occurred in Stockholm in the past week.
– We assume that they are connected in one way or another, says police spokesperson Ola Österling.
On the address for the explosion is written a man, who was convicted of involvement in the kidnapping of the rapper Nils Grönberg, Einár, in the spring of 2020.
– The gate has extensive damage and we also have shrapnel damage to the windows and doors some distance from the explosive charge, says Ola Österling.
