A person who was out walking by the electric light trail on Rödön, in the municipality of Krokom, made a nasty discovery last weekend. A steel wire had been strung straight across the track. The police believe it had been strung up with the intention of harming.
The wire appears to have been taken from an adjacent cow paddock and had been strung straight across the track at neck/head height, but no one was injured before it was taken down.
A report of attempted assault has been made. The police currently have no suspects.
