This is what Tobias Huch says about the verdict: The YouTuber emphasized on He will examine the issue extensively and contact the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court. The written decision was not shared publicly.

Shurjoka responded to TikTok influencer and YouTuber The Equalist in a stream in September 2023. She saw videos of her (via X) in which extremely problematic takes on slavery and the relativization and associated trivialization of the Holocaust were expressed.

Shurjoka later apologized for her tone towards The Equalist on

Tobias Huch has also set up a donation page on which he also addresses the dispute:

[…] Or be it a Shurjoka who, with her toxic bubble, causes damage to opinion YouTubers – whose opinions she doesn’t like – when she tries to cancel them. For example, the streamer KuchenTV was recently blocked on Twitch after she attacked his Twitch account on Twitter. The mass reports led to his ban. Shurjoka has currently identified me as an opponent and is suing me because she doesn’t like what I’m saying about her after she spread about the Jewish influencer “The Aequalist” that she would relativize the Holocaust. She sees my comments as inadmissible. My lawyers and I see it differently. In the end, the courts will have to decide. The next instance is the Frankfurt Higher Regional Court. […]

You received a decision because you spread abusive criticism that violated personal rights.
