As SVT previously reported, the Fagrabäck roundabout in Växjö is to be rebuilt, after the government said yes to the debated construction.
According to the Swedish Transport Agency’s plan, construction should be completed by the end of September 2026.
Traffic disruptions in connection with the construction will only occur at the beginning of the summer, according to the Swedish Transport Administration.

No diversion routes
There will be no direct diversion routes past the construction, as the plan looks now.
