Amdi Wiksten Nielsen, spouse of K-Fastigheter’s chief legal officer, Camilla Wiksten, recently purchased 6,487 B-shares in the company for a total of SEK 80,000. The transaction took place on Nasdaq Stockholm, as reported by the Financial Supervisory Authority’s insider register.

On October 4, Amdi Wiksten Nielsen bought 6,487 B shares in the property company K-Fastigheter, where he is the husband of Camilla Wiksten, who is the company’s general counsel. The shares were bought at a price of SEK 12.34 per share, a transaction of SEK 80,000.

The deal was made on Nasdaq Stockholm. This is evident from the Financial Supervisory Authority’s transparency register.
