What will change?
The municipality adjusts the speed on many roads. A brief overview:
On roads where cyclists are present, the speed is reduced to 30 kilometers.
On most busy streets without cyclists, the speed remains 50 kilometers. Exceptions are, for example, the Masker and the Bomardonstraat.
The speed is also being reduced on a number of 70 roads in the municipality. This applies to, for example, the Energieweg and the Rondweg Oost. There too, 50 will be the maximum speed
A number of roads outside built-up areas will increase from 80 to 60.
