Spain sharp decline in unemployment in April

(Finance) – Unemployment in Spain falls again in April compared to the previous month. According to the findings of the Ministry of Labour Iberian, there was a monthly decrease of the unemployed of 86,260 units after reporting in March a decline of 2,900 units the previous month.

The comparison with the same month of the previous year still shows a drop in the unemployed of 888,125 units (-22.71%).

The total number of unemployed stood at 3,022,503 people, the lowest figure recorded in this month since April 2008.
