The problems continue for the crisis-hit property company SBB. Now the credit rating company S&P has lowered the company’s credit rating again, writes Today’s industry.

The long-term credit rating is lowered from BB+ to BB- with a negative outlook. According to S&P, SBB’s capital supply will be limited for a longer period. In addition, S&P points to the company’s shaky share price.

The credit rating for hybrid bonds is also lowered from B+ to B-, while the short-term credit rating is left unchanged at B.

As recently as May 8, S&P lowered SBB’s credit rating.
