Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson (M) comments on last night’s explosion in his hometown of Strängnäs.

“I think of all the Strängnäs residents in Dammen and Finninge who were forced to leave their homes at 04 last night, some had to climb out of the window. I know that many people are now helping and hope that you will be able to come home again soon,” he writes on Instagram.

Furthermore, he writes that the trend should be reversed and that it should become more difficult to become a criminal in Sweden.

At the turn of the year, the government tightened the minimum sentence so that anyone caught with explosives must end up in prison for at least four years. However, as far as is known, no one has been arrested for the recent explosions.
