Mod maker PureDark has posted a video on Youtube for the Skyrim Dlss 3 mod. The images are delightful, albeit at an early stage.
Skyrim, one of the most modded productions, has hundreds of different content. The video published for the recently released Skyrim DLSS 3 mod is proof of how much the game can be improved.
Skyrim DLSS 3 mod looks stunning
In the video published by PureDark, we can see that there has been an improvement in the graphics of the game. Although the graphics look eye-catching, we can say that there is still a problem in the lag speed. This delay is noticed as soon as the character shown in the video pulls out his sword. Originally PureDark was working on another DLSS 3 mod he had developed for Elden Ring, but ran into some troubles. He started making another Skyrim DLSS 3 mod from scratch to better address these issues. Having released DLSS 2 (Super Resolution) mods, the producer Creation Engine has more experience, so he decided to implement DLSS Frame Generation.
This new addon saw Skyrim’s framerate doubled when combined with DLSS Super Definition. PureDark has also added a tool to the plugin as a test for builds that might be troubled by the CPU. This tool seems to have fixed the CPU bottlenecks of the DLSS frame generator.
We can see that there is also a lag issue in the mode that is still under construction. The maker points to NVIDIA’s Streamline Github for this issue.
