Martin Jahn, Member of the Board of Directors Responsible for Sales and Marketing at Škoda Auto, said in his evaluation of the Turkish market: “Turkey is a very important and strategic market for us. Škoda displays an impressive performance in the Turkish market. During this period, a total of 35 thousand 41 vehicles were delivered to Škoda customers across Turkey, providing an 80 percent increase in deliveries compared to the previous year.

As a reflection of Škoda’s success in Turkey, 2023 was a year in which it ranked 4th in terms of annual sales volume and annual increase among all countries where Škoda is present. It rose to the 8th place in the global rankings… Škoda’s market share in Turkey also grew significantly; It achieved 3.6 percent market share in 2023. In particular, while the Superb maintained its leadership in sedan sales, the Scala model attracted attention by ranking 2nd in its segment. Evaluating their global performance as Škoda Auto, Martin Jahn said, “The 18.5 percent annual increase in our deliveries in 2023 enabled the delivery of 866 thousand 800 vehicles to our customers in 2023. “The 52.1 percent increase in the Enyaq model enabled the fully electric SUV to deliver a record 81,700 units, making it one of the most preferred electric vehicles in many European markets,” he said.
