Shooting in Växjö
A shooting is suspected to have taken place at the university campus in Växjö during the evening of National Day.
Alarms of loud bangs were received by the police at 10.53 p.m. and when the patrol arrived at the scene, findings were made that indicate that a shooting has taken place, the police write on their website.
No injured person has been found and the area is cordoned off for a technical investigation and a special search dog has been called to the scene.
The incident is currently being investigated as a serious weapons offence.
