Some of the residents of the apartment complex in Bilthoven, which was partly destroyed by several explosions last month, will soon be able to visit their home briefly to pick up precious possessions. Eighteen homes on the outside of the building are safe enough to enter “under strict security conditions”, according to the SSW housing association.
