It is in Axsjöreviret, which is in the eastern part of Ärlareviret outside Eskilstuna, and in Ösjöreviret, southeast of Malmköping, that new wolf pups have arrived. In both territories, territory-marking pairs have previously been found.
Cameras deployed in the area have now captured several puppies on picture. However, it is unclear how many newborns are involved.
In the Ösjö region, with the help of droppings, they have also been able to confirm a new individual born in 2022.
