At least 13 people died when a roof of a building belonging to a sports club in the Argentine port city of Bahia Blanca collapsed on Saturday as a result of heavy storms.
According to sources, a skating tournament was taking place in the sports club’s premises when the roof gave way after being ravaged by storms and significant amounts of rain.
The death toll is confirmed in a statement by the municipality, where it also appears that the emergency services are working at the site, where people are trapped under the racial masses.
