“Lolly” and “Lotta” were sold between 2016 and 2023, where “Lotta” could be bought in more than 250 different department stores around Sweden. “Arla” was sold between 2020 and 2023.
The Swedish Consumer Agency writes that as a customer you must either contact the store where you bought the chair or the manufacturer for a refund. According to the Swedish Consumer Agency, you should immediately stop using the affected chairs.
