Gemini Man revolves around US agent Henry Brogan, who is hunted by his employers after his exit. Included he suddenly finds himself face to face with a younger clone of himself, who is supposed to turn him off.

The rejuvenation technique used in Gemini Man was extremely complex. The main actor’s face was completely computer generated. The project had been in development since 1997 and was supposed to be before Smith, among others with Keanu Reeves or Brad Pitt in the lead role.

When Gemini Man finally appeared in cinemas in 2019, it became one of the worst flops of the year. According to Deadline, he is said to have lost $111 million.
