“Energy you save does not have to be generated.” That is one of the clear pieces of advice that a group of Eemnessers gives to the municipality. The so-called citizens’ forum has submitted its final report after 500 residents had contributed ideas about the switch to sustainable energy last summer. The municipality will use their input to take major steps from next year.
