(Finance) – Salcef Groupas part of the second tranche of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween 30 October and 3 November 2023 inclusive, in the aggregate 25,946 own ordinary shares for a countervalue equal to 589,467.98 euros.
Following the purchases indicated above, as of 3 November the Company holds 1,386,015 own shares, equal to 2.221% of the share capital.
Meanwhile, on the stock market, the performance of the company is contracting Company active in the maintenance and construction of railway and urban transport infrastructures with prices aligned at 23.05 euros, for a drop of 0.22%.
