Saipem, reduced loss in the first 9 months. Revenues + 47%

Saipem in 2021 maxi loss of 246 billion Capital increase

(Finance) – Saipem closes the first 9 months of 2022 with revenues up by 47% to 7.44 billion euros. The gross operating margin it returned positive for 536 million from the red of 291 million. Reduced the net loss which goes from 1.12 billion to 138 million euros.

Estimates revised upwards for 2022, with expected revenues exceeding 9 billion euros. Adjusted EBITDA seen over 550 million and post-IFRS-16 financial debt of approximately 300 million (including the collection of the sale of Onshore Drilling).

In the third quarterrevenues amounted to 3,006 million euros, + 21% compared to the second quarter, while the adjusted Ebitda amounted to 215 million euros, + 22% compared to the second quarter.
