Russia’s new weapon, the robot dog M-81, entered the agenda of social media. The robot dog named M-81, equipped with an RPG-26 rocket launcher, was exhibited at the ‘ARMY2022’ held in Moscow this week, which is referred to as a major arms show. The video of the robot dog walking, sitting and standing up, published by the Russian news agency RIA, went viral. However, the claim that the robot named M-81 is actually a “toy” made in China has confused things.
STUNNING SIMILARITY BETWEEN TWO ROBOTS
Researchers have claimed that there is a striking resemblance between Russia’s robot dog dressed as a ninja and a consumer-grade robotic dog found on Chinese shopping sites. In international publications, it has been suggested that the robot dog was produced by a Chinese company, and the cost of this robot, which has been on sale in two variants for more than a year, is between $2,000 and $4,000.

Also, a user on social media claimed that the M-81 robot that Russia exhibited at ‘ARMY2022’ is a simple toy. The user also claimed that even a YouTuber did this many times by wearing various weapons.

Previously, a YouTuber had videotaped his performance at the shooting range by mounting a submachine gun on it, using a robot dog resembling an M-81, and posted it on social media platforms.
