The Ukrainian counter-offensive is advancing with exceptions in certain front areas. The Russians have built strong defense lines and Ka-52 attack helicopters are being used intensively to combat Ukrainian targets.
– An advantage of the Ka-52 is that it is equipped with anti-tank robots that have a very long range, explains Lieutenant Colonel Johan Huovinen at the Norwegian Defense Academy.
