(Finance) – On the occasion of the Rome Future Week, the first widespread event dedicated to the future and innovation, scheduled in the capital until 17 September, Sace opened the doors of its Roman headquarters to the Venture Investing sector, hosting the Rome Venture Forumorganized in collaboration with Roma Startup, the association of the Capital’s innovation ecosystem.

“Our presence at the Rome Venture Forum is a further step which adds to the path we are taking to support the innovation ecosystem and is part of the transformation that we at SACE are experiencing, because beyond export, our historical mission for almost fifty years, today our role embraces the support to the sustainable growth of the entire entrepreneurial fabric”. As Francesco Salzano, Head of Product Design & Innovation Lab of SACE, opening the proceedings of the Rome Venture Forum, the event hosted by SACE dedicated to the Venture Investing chain, organized in collaboration with Roma Startup, the association of the Capital’s innovation ecosystem, in part of the Rome Future Week.

“After meeting innovative startups and SMEs at SIOS23, an audience of over 15,000 companies, which, like SACE, we want to accompany in their growth in Italy and around the world, we open our doors to the investor community, which is an important piece of the innovative ecosystem. We met with the Venture Investing players in Rome and listened to them to understand what their real needs are, with the aim of building the best solutions together to meet the needs of the market. Because listening to companies is not just the way we work and build relationships but it is part of ours DNA. To make our commitment concrete alongside innovative companies, we have internally equipped ourselves with an Innovation Lab, a true innovation hub, a multifunctional and transversal working group coordinated by the Customer Centricty & Product Design function, which falls perfectly within the objectives of our Industrial Plan INSIEME 2025, of which digitalisation is one of the pillars. Precisely within the scope of the Innovation Lab’s activities, we recently won the Call for Proposals 2022, an initiative promoted by the Milano Hub of the Bank of Italy, with the Eureka project (EURopean Export blocK-chain Aggregator), one of the first results of the experiments we have started in the fields of fintech, blockchain flows and the metaverse”.
