Recruitment Anief and Udir to the Chamber proposed modifications on

(Finance) – The voice of Anief and school workers: next Tuesday, May 9, the young union will present to the Chamber, in the Commissions I and XI, the proposals to amend the Decree Law PA-Pnrr 44/2023 published in the Official Gazette on 23 April. The trade union delegation will indicate which issues need to be resolved: personnel to be strengthened to adapt them to needs, even the most pressing ones concerning the Pnrr, permanent entries and substitutes, management of rankings for teaching staff and precarious Ata, mobility of school staff to be freed from the current gratuitous constraints that hinder the right to the family.

“It is essential to put a hand on these topics at a legislative level – he explains Marcello Pacifico, national president of Anief – because ongoing or temporary changes, such as the annual exemption from mobility restrictions, are certainly not the solution to the problem. The truth is that without the approval of our amendments we will face a school year marked by hardship, with much discontent even among students and families, who will continue to denounce the lack of teaching continuity and the presence of too many precarious teachers in the their children’s classes. The bitterness will also concern the personnel, who inevitably in increasing percentage will not stand by and will feed the dispute in the courts”.

Wednesday 10 May, starting at 18, it will always be Marcello Pacifico, president of the young union, to take stock of the situation on the proposed amendments to the PA-Pnrr Law Decree 44/2023 presented the day before to the Joint Commissions I and XI: Anief asks all school staff to present their requests by Sunday 7 May.
