Lil Durk got too close to pyrotechnics that were set off on stage. In video clips from the gig, a cloud of smoke from the edge of the stage can be seen blowing up into the artist’s face. He wiped his face with his t-shirt, but was then able to finish the concert.
In a posts on Instagram, Lil Durk writes that he will “take a break and focus on my health”. In the accompanying picture, one of his eyes can be seen plastered over.
Durk Derrick Banks, whose real name is Lil Durk, broke through in the first half of the 2010s. His seventh studio album “7220” was released in March.
