(Finance) – I Revenues of the group Racing Force they amounted to 46.67 million euros in 2021, a significant increase compared to 2020 (+ 38.4%).
Adjusted EBITDA amounted to 8.95 million (EBITDA margin 19.2%), a significant increase compared to the previous year, where it stood at 5.36 million (EBITDA margin 15.9%), whileAdjusted EBIT stood at € 6.56 million (14.1% EBIT margin).
The Adjusted net result is 4.93 million (10.6% of revenues) and increases compared to the previous year.
There Net financial position of the Group passes from a net debt of 15.54 million at the end of 2020, to a net debt of 0.67 million at 31 December 2021, thanks to the liquidity generated during the year by operations and as a result of the capital increase carried out in
place of listing.
