Queue chaos outside beauty shop: “Unfair”

Queue chaos outside beauty shop Unfair

The Korean beauty store Yeppo & Soonsoo opened the doors to its new store in Gallerian in Stockholm on Friday. What waited on the other side were customers who had spent the night outside the Mall, hoping for a free goodie bag.

The queues for the store coiled in the Mall, according to The Express. The queuing chaos is reminiscent of the commotion that arose outside Lyko’s newly opened store, and there, too, the first customers were offered free goodie bags. Afterwards, so many customers were dissatisfied that Lyko’s CEO came forward and addressed the criticism.

Customer dissatisfaction after Lyko’s chaos: “Suffered through the night”

“Just as good to sleep here”

One of those queuing for the opening of Yeppo & Soonsoo was Lou Hedman.

– Since there was such chaos at Lyko, it’s just as well to sleep here, she tells Expressen.

The promise of goodie bags from Yeppo & Soonsoo has, as in the Lyko case, left customers dissatisfied. On Google, customers have already managed to leave dissatisfied reviews after a few hours.

A customer writes that others were allowed to take number plates, something that does not seem to have been offered to everyone, according to the person.
