Promotica closing of the acquisition of a business unit from

(Finance) – Promotica company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and a loyalty agency specialized in the creation of marketing solutions to increase sales, loyalty and brand advocacy, has completed the acquisition of the Incentive & Loyalty business unit owned by Giglio Group, a company listed on the Euronext STAR Milan and active in the design, construction and management of e-commerce platforms with high added value. The operation was announced on March 1. The closing took place through the payment by Promotica of 1,200,000 euros with its own resources (without prejudice to the amount agreed as a guarantee equal to 150,000 euros with respect to any contingent liabilities).

The operation allows Promotica to further strengthen its position in the loyalty sector, through the strengthening of its expertise in the Martech areai.e. the use of software and platforms for the management and analysis of data, in order to propose tailor made loyalty programs and obtain greater engagement from the communities to which the loyalty operations are addressed.
