OAT IS NOT HUMAN FOOD
Karatay, who made a groundbreaking statement about oats, said that oats are horse food. He stated that oats disrupt the thyroid and make him gain weight. He stated that oats are not human food, they are gluten-filled and harmful to metabolism.
STAY AWAY FROM OUTSIDE RAW MEATBALLS
Saying that he opposes all kinds of processed foods, Karatay said, “Cig meatballs must be made from healthy meat and local bulgur. We do not know which bulgur they use in the ones sold outside. Prefer the natural one. You can cook and eat it at home, don’t be afraid of gaining weight.”
DON’T RELY ON RICE OF READY CLAMS
Canan Karatay did not receive a positive answer to the question “Shall we eat mussels?” Explaining that all mussels in the market are distributed from a factory in Kayseri, Canan Karatay stated that she does not trust the rice used in mussels and said, “I don’t know what is put in it, I am against those that are sold ready-made. Beware of what is sold on the beaches.”
DO NOT USE SUGAR AND SWEETING IN COFFEE
Canan Karatay prefers Turkish coffee in coffee. Moreover, he is against sugar in Turkish coffee. Stating that coffee is an important antioxidant, Karatay emphasized that he also feeds his plants with grounds. Karatay said, “Let’s avoid milk powder and syrups in coffee. Let’s stay away from sweeteners.”
