In a statement made by the Virginia State Police, it was reported that the “IAI Astra 1125” type twin-engine private jet crashed in the Bath region of Virginia.
INVESTIGATION WILL START
It was stated in the statement that a fire broke out after the jet crashed, and that 5 people on the plane, including a child, died.
The Federal Aviation Administration also announced that they will conduct a joint investigation into the accident with the National Transportation Safety Board.
